Requirements
- proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to scaffold building
- experience in masonry, carpentry, roofing, painting, welding, fabrication, plumbing, or electrical work is advantageous
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- good physical fitness and stamina, capable of working at heights and in various weather conditions
