Responsibility
analysing layout drawings, bills of quantities, schedules and other project documentation to estimate costs
shaping and producing quotation documents for refurbishment projects including FF&E provision along with associated minor building works
management and delegation of workload to ensure timely response to quotation requests
liaising with Design Office and external project sales team ensuring good communications are always maintained between the Company and Clients
production of manufacturing schedules for supply chain partners
in-house monitoring of the project programme and key milestones to achieve the project objectives with the Operations Director
remote and on-site project management of multiple projects as directed by the Operations Director
preparation of Interim valuations and final account submissions as required
Requirements
possess good communication skills both verbal and written
appropriate CSCS card
A track record of successful delivery of projects
SSSTS certificate
A growth mindset
previous site experience i.e. joinery trade/shop fitting/installation etc
controlling costs, timing and quality in line with project targets
high financial management competence and attention to detail
