- previous experience in a similar strong demanding credit control role is essential
- experience with Sage 50 or other accounting software
- ability to work under pressure and achieve debt collection targets
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- good organisational skills and ability to prioritise duties and tasks
- excellent time management
- ability to follow processes and procedures
- confidence to deal with a range of Customers / Managers / Colleagues
Responsibility
- ensure that no debt exceeds 60 days past due
- manage all customer accounts keeping accurate records of all activities and communications
- ownership and management of our customer portfolio to be shared with existing credit controller
