• fully qualified bench joiner required to work in a very busy family run joinery manufacturers
• making bespoke interiors for high quality restaurants, coffee shops and bars
• working hours 7am-3.30pm Monday to Friday with overtime available up to 13.5 hrs paid at time & half

• fabricate and assemble joinery items according to technical drawings and specifications
• timekeeping bonus £40 week if punctual
• work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
• must be apprentice trained and have bench experience
• maintain a clean and organized workspace, always adhering to health and safety guidelines
• contribute ideas and solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of joinery production processes

• proven experience working as a Bench Hand Joiner in a similar environment
• proficient in interpreting technical drawings
• strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship
