- develop relationships with the team, stakeholders and clients, to support a smooth, accurate journey to completion
- the successful candidate will also be responsible for filtering and processing all direct web/portal based applications on behalf of customers
- diligently follow the established company procedures at all stages through a loan lifecycle
- actively Support the Director’s with the live pipeline of loans as well as active cases where required
- if required, receive training to support management of the Portal
- to have oversight of all loans through their lifecycle in the business, in particular the processing and management of loans , following the established company procedures
- be a brand ambassador for the company, in all interactions with professionals and clients
- this includes company/individual status and credit searches, pre and post completion checks, engagement and instruction of solicitors, valuers and other consultants where required
