- ensure all members of staff have completed all mandatory and specialist training
- complete and achieve excellent outcomes from internal and external audits and inspections
- investigate any alleged misconduct, maltreatment or abuse reported in the service and take appropriate follow-up action
- ensure excellent knowledge of current policies, procedures and governance effective the affecting the service
Requirements
- previous management experience within a similar setting is essential
- comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
- NVQ Level 5 in Management
- registered manager: 1 year
