- to assist Care Assistants who need help with Residents' activities
- to help Residents to keep their bedrooms tidy and clean
- to perform cleaning and polishing duties as directed
- to bring to the attention of the Care Assistants any matter concerning the health or welfare of a Resident
- to treat all visitors to the Home cordially
- to take an active part in staff meetings
- such other duties as may be reasonably required
- to assist Care Assistants where needed, with bed making and changing and where appropriate to undertake these tasks on their behalf
