Responsibility
- excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage numerous projects running concurrently
- conducting Client and Construction team meetings to review project progress and ensuring high standards of quality control are maintained
- ensuring all projects are compliant with all relevant conservation and building regulations and planning conditions
- maintain quality of work in accordance with SLA and KPI
- organising estimates and quotations and assisting with the preparation of documents for tenders
- develop and encourage Health & Safety best practise and ensure regulations are met
- regular progress and budget reporting direct to the Directors
- collate procurement schedules with key dates in accordance with contract programmes and adhering to the given schedules once the projects are underway
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- strong organisational and administration skills
- dealing with projects valued up to £1m
- ability to multi-task
- ability to manage and coordinate staff
- stable career history
- self-motivated and ambitious
- multi Sector experience
