Responsibility
- oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including managing staff and ensuring smooth service
- develop and implement bar policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and safety
- create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages to cater to customer preferences
- train and educate staff on drink recipes, proper pouring techniques, and responsible alcohol service
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- collaborate with the kitchen to coordinate food and beverage offerings for events or special promotions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and utensils
Requirements
- previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and current industry trends
- excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- supervising experience: 2 years
