reporting to the Directors, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality care for service users in the social care sector by ensuring the need to promote and ensure high standards of professional practice, whilst achieving compliance with external regulatory standards
you will provide specific management, support, advice, and motivation to staff teams to ensure that the people who use are services are supported to be as independent as possible and achieve their goals
the provision of our operating systems and success in achieving ‘Outstanding’ on our Derby and Erewash based care provisions is already established, and you will be joining the company at a great time of its growth path
monitoring standards of care delivered by all care staff by observation and direct involvement
the recruitment and retention of staff in order to build the business
accountable for quality & compliance ensuring CQC regulations and company policies are maintained
the growth and development of the office, the service, operational staff, and care workers out in the field
