Responsibility

  • drive the Chairman from their home to the office as required
  • picking up and collecting members of the family and dogs, and any other personal driving as required
  • manage fuel cards for those in the business including working with Finance to process the monthly invoices
  • perform personal errands as needed
  • assist with luggage
  • be a proactive worker and using initiative to manage workload appropriately
  • work closely with The Chairmans Personal Assistant to manage diaries and ensure you are driving to schedule
  • dog friendly

Requirements

  • proven experience working in a similar role
  • able to exercise discretion and confidentiality
  • strong communication skills
  • computer literate
  • keen eye for detail, ensuring the cars are kept immaculate and stocked as required
  • pro-active and able to use initiative to utilise time efficiency
  • patient and flexible attitude
  • have a polite and helpful manner
