Requirements
- previous experience in scaffold building or a related construction field is essential
- proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment is highly desirable
- familiarity with masonry work, roofing techniques, or electrical installations will be an advantage
- strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
- ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings related to scaffold design
- excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
