  • comply with all Health, Safety, HR and Environmental policies and procedures
  • communicate with customers effectively always ensuring 100% satisfaction, follow up calls, bookings and answering queries
  • complete all allocated work within the working day
  • report all accidents and incidents immediately and obtain details as required
  • carry out all reasonable requests and other duties when required including delivery of
  • liaise with onsite fitters for outgoing and incoming Transport jobs and plant hires, checking plant for fuel and damage on return
  • accounts team to accurately prepare invoices
