- to facilitate the practical induction of all new Care Workers into the community including manual handling competencies and medication competencies
- to carry out reviews of our person-centred Care Plans to ensure these are always up to date
- maintaining the rostering system
- liaising with other agencies including the CCG and Social Services
- experience working with the Microsoft Packages
- able to drive, and holds a full clean UK Driving License due to the travelling involved
- build a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets
- generate qualified leads
- build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our services by working closely with the directors
- competitor mapping
- identifying and researching new growth areas
- researching and canvassing for leads using online search facilities, social media, and competitor information
- ensuring all sales administration is completed and databases updated
- knowledge of Xero Accounting and Pipedrive
- experience within a similar BDM role
- A proven, stable track record in hospital sales
- knowledge of digital marketing, website design, SEO’s and e-commerce
- excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
- excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate with senior staff
- proven ability to identify and develop new business
- understanding of sales metrics and measurement
