Responsibility

  • liaise with customers via telephone, email and online instant messenger
  • respond to sales enquiries ensuring full and meaningful details have been forwarded to the General Manager for follow up
  • correspond with customers as per General Manager advice
  • communicate pricing and availability of plant machinery
  • 8.00am – 4.30pm
  • ensure enquiries are dealt with promptly to maximise potential for sales
  • ½ Hour Lunch
  • liaise with shipping providers
