Requirements
- minimum 6 years experience within UK architecture- with MCIAT/RIBA accreditation
- ability to produce consistently high quality drawing packages - particularly at RIBA Stage 4 ‘Technical Design’
- demonstrable experience in the residential sector
- experience in contemporary detailing and low energy design beyond minimum Building Regulation standards
- good working knowledge of current Building Regulations
- proficiency in Vectorworks
- experience in BIM preferred
- must be able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
Responsibility
- due to growth in our residential project portfolio, we are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist/Technical Architect to join our growing team in our attractive rural office in Southmoor, Nr Abingdon

- you will be an integral part of our team working primarily on residential projects, for both private residential and developer clients, with project construction values typically between £300K and £5m+
