- support skilled tradespeople in executing their tasks efficiently
- follow health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a secure working environment
- assist with site clean-up and organisation at the end of each shift
- carry out general labouring duties as directed
- previous experience in construction or related trades is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction is desirable
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
- strong attention to safety procedures and regulations
- willingness to learn new skills across various trades
- A valid UK driving licence and your own transport to get to and from job
