- greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service
- prepare a wide range of coffee-based drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and iced coffee
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the café and kitchen
- assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- perform cash handling and basic math skills accurately
Requirements
- at least some profesional experience as a barista
- strong customer service skills and a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- A HACCP Certificate is also favourable but not a strict requirement, as always we provide training on the job
