- manage the workflow for the Payroll team, monitor time allocations, budgets and deadlines and provide key data points
- line manage some of our junior team members, helping to grow and develop their knowledge and skills
- liaise with clients to build relationships, develop payroll systems and ensure payroll data accuracy
- due to planned growth, Our client is looking for an Bureau Payroll Manager to join their Oxford team. This is a full-time permanent position based in the Oxford office but with flexible working options
- provide technical advice and respond to ad hoc queries
- provide a complete payroll service for a range of clients of various sizes and from a diverse range of businesses
- prepare P45s, P60s, new starter checklists and other relevant forms as required
