- warehouse experience: 1 year
- experience in a similar supervisory role
- good Communication Skills and strict attention to detail
- organised and methodical approach
- proficient in IT
- knowledge of Inventory Management
- ability to think objectively
- be self-motivated and capable of organising others
- willingness to develop the role
- oversee the daily warehouse and logistics operations
- effectively manage and oversee the monitoring of quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
- forecasting and booking workforce requirements based on the daily/weekly workload and Company goals
- implement/Manage KPI's for the department, continuously looking to make improvements
- ability to take the lead in the Management of the company’s stock takes and report on results
- continually ensure stock holding is accurate and up to date, consult with the various departments relating to stock
- forward plan rework/storage/haulage in conjunction with supply team
- ensure stock is re-worked, quality checked and available for customers on time

- work with the sales team to ensure all customer requirements are understood
- issue purchase orders on behalf of the company
- liaise with the warehouse manager and book the containers into the warehouse
- work with other departments within the business to ensure a smooth and efficient flow through processes
- liaise with other departments within the business to help ensure the smooth and efficient transfer of high-quality information and data
- produce data reports, help to monitor departmental KPI's
- track / progress all PO's, maintain internal system giving full details of current status of all orders, and provide feedback
- experience of using brand style guides. Preferred but not essential
- the successful candidate must be able to provide documentation to confirm their eligibility to work in the UK
- create trade / press advertisements
- mac / PC literate
- photography editing skills – retouching / manipulation
- ability to show creative flair, create and design new graphics for packaging
- help design showroom and exhibition show artwork
- project management skills and multi-tasking workload. Being able to work across various projects at one time and update priority when required
