- proven ability to handle multiple tasks with effective prioritisation

- experience with MS Dynamics preferable
Responsibility
- full management of the purchase ledger; processing multi-currency invoices across various entities, including adjusting for deferred costs where relevant
- facilitating payment of invoices due by analysing supplier invoices and due dates
- monitoring the accounts’ team mailbox
- generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts payable status
- providing to Management Accountant regular month-end accruals
- monitoring cash balances and bank reconciliations
- working with the wider team to improve Accounts Payable processes
- assisting in ad hoc projects as required
