Responsibility
- liaising with customer agents to ensure all flight details are correct and respond swiftly to requests and changes
- provide accurate passenger information to the relevant customs and immigration authorities
- arranging ground handling services, refuelling, airport slots, PPR and extensions where necessary
- assisting with aircraft preparation and standards
- provide an accurate, detailed brief to the pilots and Operations team
- supporting and communicating with other stakeholders such as crewing, HOTAC, Catering etc
- close liaison with engineering to maintain a dynamic flying schedule
- be vigilant with costs and checking of invoices. Ensuring the program and supporting services are efficient both cost wise and time wise
Requirements
- demonstrate being a team player, building credible trusting relationships
- excellent communication skills, efficiently providing both written and verbal communications across the company
- ability to work well under pressure, ensuring a calm and well-manged approach to changing priorities
- good numeracy skills
- ability to work under own initiative, continually seeking improvements
