Responsibility
- safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages and goods to designated locations
- load and unload packages and goods using manual methods or equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks
- plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- provide excellent customer service by ensuring packages are delivered in a professional and courteous manner
- maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered
- perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical problems or issues
Requirements
- valid driver's license With no more then 6 points
- previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role is preferred
- ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is required
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- delivery driver experience: 1 year
- driving: 1 year
