Responsibility
- arrange and manage internal and external meetings, including the preparation of agendas, reports, presentations, minutes, and materials as needed
- distribute key actions and follow-ups to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met
- run and review weekly and monthly tracking reports on internal projects to monitor progress and meet deadlines
- collaborate closely with the MD and Operations Director to filter emails, eliminate distractions, and pre-empt information requests
- interact professionally with clients and associates
- work efficiently to action tasks promptly and manage multiple conflicting priorities without a loss of composure
- handle travel management responsibilities
Requirements
- confidence in collaborating with Senior Management and colleagues across the business
- enthusiastic and professional with a proactive attitude
- strong organizational and time management skills
- experienced IT skills across MS Office, Outlook, and MS Teams, including additional reporting and database knowledge
- proactive with the ability to always think ahead
- exceptional attention to detail
- previous experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial/family business environment
- degree-level education or equivalent is desirable
