Requirements
- research and create engaging content that attracts the target market
- produce video/written content that ensure the customer gets the best value from the product
- produce and manage email campaigns to educate users on new features, service announcements and more
- manage the brand on social platforms and produce regular relevant content that drives engagement
- extend/develop our onboarding process to ensure users get the most from the product
- explore offline marketing opportunities, producing marketing collateral and attending events where necessary
- liaise with customers to understand their need - to improve our product/marketing messaging
- regularly review/analyse effectiveness of marketing tasks/activity and overall conversion metrics
Responsibility
- in a matter of seconds Recite gives a clear report of issues, which would take several hours to compile manually
