laboratory technician
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- assist in the maintenance of adequate stock levels of general laboratory consumables and common chemicals, reagents, enzymes, medias etc
- support with consumable and reagent inventory, keeping shared log files up to date
- support shipping of products to customers and collaborators, liaising with courier services
- 4basebio is an innovative gene synthesis company with the ambition to provide high quality, synthetic DNA for use in gene therapies and vaccine platforms
- assist with lab cleaning rotas, equipment maintenance/ inspection and cleaning
- we expanded our research and development team at our site just North of Cambridge, UK to facilitate GMP production of our DNA products for use in mRNA and viral applications, as well as developing non-viral nanoparticles for nucleic acid delivery
- preparation of buffers as required by scientists/ scientific teams
- we are looking for a Lab Technician to support our Lab Management team with maintaining a high standard of housekeeping in our laboratories
