Responsibility
- manage a team of maintenance technicians and oversee their daily activities
- develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- ensure that all maintenance and repair work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- order supplies and equipment as needed
- perform regular inspections of the soft play and farm park facilities to identify areas in need of maintenance or repair
- communicate with other departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work
Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- ability to manage a team and work independently
- must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in maintenance management, preferably in a similar environment such as an amusement park, farm park, or soft play centre
- maintenance: 3 years
- management: 3 years
