Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- the role is varied and the duties below are not exhaustive
- implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System
- monitor nonconformities raised, ensure timely and effective corrective actions
- escalate progress on nonconformities and corrective actions to Managers in a timely manner
- review and agree Quality & Technical Agreements with Clients and Suppliers always ensuring compliance with GDPR
- develop Quality management system and processes to a ISO 9001 / 14001 standard and gain accreditation
- support business growth by advising and participating on implementation of projects from a Quality Control and regulatory point of view
- build and maintain excellent working relationship with clients’ and internal peer group
Education
- experience in a logistics and warehousing environment would be advantageous
- experience with writing and enforcing quality procedures
- minimum of 3 years of experience in managing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- excellent computer and MS Office skills
- excellent Understanding of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and 14001 environmental system
- ability to generate audit reports
- work well under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- experience in conducting or facilitating Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action efforts
