- managing existing deals in the pipeline
- running discovery calls with new accounts with support from a technical expert
- increasing the number of deals in the pipeline through inbound or outbound leads, trade shows, referrals, exhibitions, social media, etc
- visiting customers to review needs and identify pain points
- providing feedback on software and intended use by the client
- keeping customers updated on progress
- providing sales forecasting data and keeping the CRM up-to-date on a weekly basis
- managing the quote and order process, ensuring that all requirements are met and the internal team is clear on the customer requirements
