Responsibility

  • plan driver routes to maximise efficiency and cost control
  • liaise with customers daily reporting on any issues regarding deliveries / collections
  • supervising and managing driver workloads
  • managing your driver’s daily activities in line with the Working Time Directive and Driving hours
  • monitoring customer requests, allocating jobs and issuing instructions to drivers
  • communicate fleet availability and issues to the whole team
  • liaising with drivers and colleagues to ensure on time deliveries
  • provide updates to Senior Management on vehicle utilization and daily revenue targets
