  • take responsibility for your own professional development for example completion of relevant CPD
  • to lead and direct a team in developing and delivery a person centred service

  • assist in the company of staff rotas and ensure that adequate cover is available at all times
  • write, implement, review and evaluate care plans on a regular basis
