Working hours

Responsibility
- NO Cold Calling - Warm Leads Provided
- the sales role involves both inbound and outbound calling to clients and prospects
- you will be fully supported by our entire legal and commercial teams once client/prospect need is identified
- this will be a mixture of calling clients from acquired practices, and new prospect leads on both the regulated and unregulated practices
- you will be required to update client records or the CRM, as relevant to ensure they are accurate and cross selling/ upselling their existing services
Requirements
- A drive for customer satisfaction
- some telesales experience
- 5 GCSEs grade A\*-C/9-4 or equivalent
- communication skills, Organisation skills, Initiative, Attention to detail
- alevels/equivalent
- excellent communication skills both written and oral
- experience of dealing with inbound / outbound client telephone enquiries
- sales fundamentals
