Responsibility
- conduct thorough research to identify reputable screen manufacturers in China who align with our quality standards and business requirements
- nurture and maintain strong relationships with selected screen manufacturers, ensuring a reliable and mutually beneficial partnership
- collaborate closely with product designers and manufacturers to facilitate effective communication and streamline the manufacturing process
- develop and implement robust testing protocols for imported devices, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards
- place orders to manufacturers and oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies
- take control of all importation procedures, including compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and relevant certifications
- manage storage and inventory levels efficiently, optimizing stock availability while minimizing holding costs
- maintain regular communication with our operations teams to coordinate storage processes and address any concerns or issues
Requirements
- proven track record of successfully researching and selecting suppliers, particularly in China
- proficiency in placing orders, managing procurement cycles, and overseeing the end-to-end procurement process
- fluent Mandarin
- experience in quality control of imported products
- strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain supplier relationships
- ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
