- 2Teck are on the search for an Assistant Accounts Manager, we are looking for a qualified individual to come on board and take on a hands on accounts role
- administer all relevant completed paperwork records, scanning, shredding, archiving etc
- assisting with a range of office and finance ad-hoc duties as required by the business and accounts manager
Requirements
- ideally AAT qualified/part qualified or equivalent
- attention to detail and accuracy
- attention to integrity and confidentiality
- ability to work to deadlines, manage workloads effectively and prioritise tasks
- well-motivated and enthusiastic and adaptable to new challenges
- communication skills essential must be a team player and happy to assist colleagues across all departments when necessary
- accounting: 5 years
- strong computer skills on the above software, and adaptability, after training, to correctly and effectively use our Bespoke Software management systems and processes
