  • we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Restaurant Manager to join our team at 26 West
  • working as part of our team, in a busy fast paced environment
  • managing the day to day running of the restaurant
  • responsibility for the quality & consistency of customer service and food standards
  • customer and staff welfare
  • as the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality & standards, and leading a team of dedicated staff
  • placing stock orders & managing inventory
  • maintaining a high standard of cleanliness & hygiene

Requirements

  • proven relevant experience in a similar environment
  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask
  • strong customer service orientation
  • understanding restaurant hours of service, with the ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a hands-on approach to work
