- organising Vehicle Repairs and MOT’s
- coordinate vehicles off the road repairs, liaise with mechanics, track and report any delays
- communicate with drivers daily
- managing keys and vehicle allocation to drivers confirming correct matching council licences
- correct council licences align with vehicle and driver badge
- fuel allocation and monitoring of use
- proficient and accurate update of all vehicle records on our internal systems
- accident reporting and insurance claims
Requirements
- attention to detail and accuracy
- confident, self-motivated, articulate and assertive
- competent in working independently and as part of a team
- capable of working in a fast paced sometimes pressured environment
- excellent communication skills written and face to face
- good management and organisational Skills
- collate accurate data and generating reports
- full clean UK driving licence
