Working hours

Responsibility

  • the allocation of candidates to packages of care and rota management
  • emergency call cover , including out of hours work
  • liaise with and manage care team holiday approval
  • to support the Management team across all functions of their roles
  • to conduct interviews for new recruits
  • to conduct supervisions when necessary
  • to cover spot checks and client visits as/if required
  • to play an active part in managing ongoing recruitment and staffing requirements
