Requirements

  • recognised industry qualifications
  • engineering/Installer background would be ideal
  • proven track record in the Mechanical services industry
  • comfortable working amongst a team yet equally as driven when working alone
  • must have sound knowledge of all mechanical systems including commercial Gas, cold air retrieval systems & Vent extraction
  • able to communicate politely and professionally at all levels, internally and with customers
  • confident oral and written communication skills
  • up to date relevant knowledge of Building legislation, Gas Regulations, Water Regulations, H&S at Work Act

Responsibility

  • responsibility for the project and contract management of mechanical projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget along with ensuring site safety and quality is maintained
