Requirements
- you will support cross functional departments in the delivery of their objectives, ensuring all necessary housekeeping standards are achieved
- leading the maintenance strategy for planned preventative and reactive maintenance to actively reduce downtime
- also supporting the delivery of capital and strategic projects
- you will manage contractors and third party suppliers whilst encouraging a safety-first and compliant environment across site and with third parties
- reporting to the Operations Director this role is responsible for the managing and leading the maintenance strategy for the company, including capital expenditure, engineering projects and resource planning
- ensuring any contractor; suppliers etc
- within this role you will drive a culture of continuous improvement, reviewing processes, procedures, and standards across site, led by example and take a proactive approach to implementing change whilst maintaining a high level for standards, safety and quality output
- adhere to the same principles
