Responsibility
- develop and execute test plans and strategies for new and existing software applications and products
- perform manual and automation testing
- troubleshoot and debug software applications and products
- maintain and update existing test plans
- analyse software requirements and specifications and develop test plans accordingly
- work closely with other members of the engineering team to ensure that test plans are comprehensive and accurate
- ensure that software applications and products conform to the highest standards of quality
Requirements
- extensive knowledge of software testing processes and techniques
- proficiency in automated testing tools and techniques
- experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Perl
- ability to analyse software requirements and specifications
