- this exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager is to head up and oversee a domiciliary care services
- 1st Company is recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to assist with the growth and development of it`s Home Care Agency
- provide overall CQC Compliance management and supervision of Domiciliary care Services
- ensure the well-being and safety of Clients
- ensuring the delivery of a service that provides flexibility, reliability and continuity
- coordinate and oversee daily activities and routines
- to ensure the service is appropriately covered with the right number of appropriately competent personnel
Requirements
- experience of Managing or Deputy managing in a domiciliary care company
- previous experience in Hospital, home care or residential management preferred
- knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- compassionate and patient demeanor
- ability to work well under pressure and in challenging situations
- high level of professionalism and integrity
