Responsibility

• 1st 4 Healthcare is seeking a full-time Registered Client Advisor
• this position is responsible for providing support to our Registered clients

• prepare documents for clients such as, but not limited to, new home purchase applications, builder's plans, and new home inspections
• the position also requires the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working with clients
• process incoming mail including, but not limited to, mortgage applications and loan modifications
• overseeing the referral process including assessments, move-in and settle-in of people into the scheme
• maintain contact with clients via phone and email
• ensuring care assessments, care and risk planning meets best practice and customers aspirations
• maintain updated records of client information including names, current addresses, contact details and current insurance information

• creating, managing, and monitoring customer care plans, ensuring staff rotas meet residents’ needs and aspirations

• ability to nurture Care Professionals to enable them to reach their full potential
• knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care

• must be confident to use care management technology including providing support and training to Care Professionals
• must understand the importance of confidentiality working within current legislation
• passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes
• must have full driving license and means of transport if required within the territory to visit clients
• be organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business
• experience in office administration within a busy office environment
• experience of managing projects and working to deadlines
