Requirements

  • ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • thorough attention to detail
  • ability to work in busy environment with tight deadlines
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • capable of lifting to 20kg
  • motivation to learn and progress
  • knowledge of Microsoft programs, WMS & courier systems advantageous but not essential
  • counterbalance FLT license advantageous but not essential

Responsibility

  • working in a team environment in a safe manner adhering to site Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work
  • picking stock accurately and efficiently
  • operating Mechanical Handling Equipment
  • checking of picked stock prior to dispatch
  • A range of duties to support the operational efficiency and general housekeeping and hygiene standards of the warehouse and site
  • carry out Warehouse tasks as directed. This will include picking & Packing customer orders, replenishing stock, goods in & goods out as well as any other warehouse duties deemed appropriate
  • ensuring Quality is of the highest standards and all stock is handled with care, so it arrives with our customers in perfect condition
