Responsibility
- apprentice Dental Nurse
- providing clinical chair-side support to the dentist
- as one of our dental nurses, you’ll be there as vital and reliable chair-side support to our clinicians
- surgery preparation and decontamination of instruments
- you can also expect to work in other areas of the practice, including reception
- reception cover, face to face and over the telephone, arranging appointments if required
- that will see you dealing with patient queries, answering the phone, taking payments and booking appointments
- maintaining and updating patient records
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- strong communication skills
- excellent customer care skills
- GDC registered
- NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing/Diploma in Dental Nursing
- valid Immunisations
- maintain a strong emphasis on the patient journey and level of service provided
- ability to remain calm in a professional fast paced environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
