  • raising purchase orders for suppliers and sub contractors
  • handling and prioritising telephone and email enquiries
  • establishing and maintaining proactive relationships with customers
  • ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process, as well as managing any issues
  • providing support to all Engineers as and when necessary
  • ensure all information in the systems and databases are recorded accurately and up to date and notes are detailed and clear
  • processing orders accurately ensuring attention to detail
