  • ensuring that all data related to the platform is accurate, up-to-date, and available to the team as needed
  • conducting regular performance reviews of the platform and identifying areas where improvements can be made
  • managing and training a team of operations staff to ensure that they are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively
  • analysing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management
  • working closely with our customer service team to ensure that customer needs are being met and that any issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
  • liaising with third-party service providers to ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations and delivering services to the required standard
