ZOOM CARS is looking for employees for positions:
- organising a team of 20 members of Staff, with shifts particularly
- liasing with the two directors of the business
- creating driver account statements
- responding to driver and customer complaints
- responding to post
- applying for licensing appointments
- source new business customers - uncapped commission pay
- manage current client relationships which include high-profile corporations
- strong sales background
- prior account management experience
- be personable, articulate and have excellent communication skills
- computer literate - training for our taxi software system will be provided
- highly-motivated, self-driven and relentless
- drive passengers safely and promptly to their destinations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies
- maintain a clean and organized vehicle, provided by the company, to enhance passenger comfort
- assist passengers with luggage or belongings when necessary
- provide friendly and professional customer service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for passengers
- use GPS navigation and maps to identify efficient routes and avoid delays
- accurately record trip details, including mileage and fuel usage, as required
- report any vehicle-related concerns to management, with all maintenance handled by the company
- communicate effectively with passengers, responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed
- possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- previous experience as a taxi driver, delivery driver, or in commercial driving is preferred but not mandatory
- strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with passengers
- proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and maps
- prior experience as a van driver or in similar roles is an advantage
- physically fit to assist passengers with heavy luggage when needed
