Responsibility
- own financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, including owning business and P&L
- own the Company financial model , including forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning
- manage the reporting cycle including monthly management accounts, board and finance committee papers

- driving efficiency and automation in financial & operational processes and acting as a leader to deliver change / best practice
- accounting & payroll providers' management
- liaising with external advisors such as bankers, auditors, insurers and lawyers
- manage accounting policy and process including the technical areas of revenue recognition and hedge accounting. Manage general ledger, accounts payable and short-term cash flow forecasting processes
- hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team
- develop financial KPIs which will be used to assess the success of both the business and the financial strategy
- design, assess, implement and monitor a robust Financial Reporting Controls Framework, governance and methodology
- managing credit
