- support change management processes, including managing TUPE processes. Develop the organisational structure to support future growth, using best practice principles
- manage all core HR areas, including, employment legislation compliance, employee relations such as disciplinaries, grievances and absence
- ensuring our HR system is fit for purpose and enables the production of useful people metrics
- drive alignment between HR strategy and organisational practice. Develop and manage HR policy and procedures to drive performance and improve employee experience
