Responsibility
- serving as the first point of call for all Human Resources queries
- support the development and implementation of processes, policies, and procedures
- generate and report information and audits relating to employees and people management
- manage all areas including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, training and development and these are recorded, filed, and reported accurately - in partnership with external law form
- liaise with external lawyer resources to ensure knowledge of employment law is current and remain up to date on any legislative changes
Requirements
- experience within a similar role
- ideally, working towards being CIPD qualified
- knowledge of Employment Law and GDPR
- excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate with colleagues at various levels
- the ability to deal with conflict and to build positive working relationships and hold difficult conversations
- ideally experienced within a variety of employment contracts
- HR: 2 years
